Obituary of Milton Allen Davidson

SUMMERFIELD — Milton Allen Davidson Sr., 82, died Friday, Oct. 22, 2010. Mr. Davidson was born in Signal Mountain, Tenn., and moved to Summerfield from Michigan in 1985. He had retired after 33 years as an analyst for Chrysler Corp. in Michigan; was a Protestant; and enjoyed playing golf. Survivors include his wife, Sally Ann, Summerfield; daughter, Sandra Lee Averitt, Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; son Milton Allen Davidson Jr., Soddy Daisy; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Service, The Villages. Visitation will be before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Florida, 1040 Woodcock Road, Suite 119, Orlando, FL 32803. Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages, is in charge of arrangements.
