Obituary of Robert William Knowles

Robert “ Bob” William Knowles, age 78 passed away on June 30, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeannette; sons from a previous marriage, Richard of South Riding, VA who is a Chief Engineer at the MITRE Corp, and Roger of Madison, NJ a Professor at Drew University; grandchildren Meena, Maya, Abigail and John; step children Robert Chauvin from Douglas, MA, Michael Chauvin from Belleview, FL, and Elaine Chauvin from Douglas, MA; brothers-in-law Normand L’Heureux, Roger L’Heureux; sister-in-law Phelanise Messier. Bob was born in Longview, Washington and proudly served our country for 24 years; two in the US Army and 22 in the US Air Force and retired as Senior Master Sergeant. He deeply loved his family and his church, where he was in the choir, handbells, and served on the church’s leadership team. He will be deeply missed.

Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, July 17, 2019 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church At The Villages, 16523 SE 76th Chatham Av, The Villages, FL 32162.
