Obituary of Fayette Stocker

Fayette Stocker, 63, of Ocala, FL died April 27, 2019. She was born on November 28, 1955 in Detroit, MI., the oldest daughter of Eliger Hill and Susan W. Montague. She was educated in the NYC public schools and later attended Fashion Institute of Technology   in NYC where she received her AS degree. She went on to receive her BA from St. Joseph College in Brooklyn, NY.

In 2002, she married Earl Stocker, then as a couple served the Lord and His ministry for the next 20 years.

“Fay” as she was lovingly called, retired from Times Square Church in NYC as the head of the Biblical Counseling and Communion Ministries leader. She was previously employed by Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co. as an Administrator for Research and Development.

She leaves her beloved husband Earl, step-son Earl Ryan (CO); mother Susan W. Montague (VA); brother Rick Sanders (NY); sisters LaRonda Hill (Garry Tulloch) (VA); LaTonya Stovall (DonJose) (VA); Annette Kelly (Paul) (GA); Gloria Jean Hill (GA); sister-in-laws Suzanne Bryant (CO) and Lorraine Marchese (Rick) (FL). Fayette also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to mourn her passing.

Fayette lived a life dedicated to serving Jesus Christ, her husband family and friends. She shared the love of Christ with everyone she met; here and around the world. Her smile was infectious and her heart pure.
